The below email was sent to Woolworths online *** and till now the matter hasn’t been resolved.

I bought the above attached items via online and I recently noticed that I was overcharged. There was a discrepancy in your pricing.

I did query this via your Facebook page and I was advised to contact Woolworths online store.

The lace up high top black shoe , on your online page the price shown was R174 however immediately when the item was added to the cart the price changed to R256 which is the price Woolworth charged me. Same with funnel neck borg jacket.

Also take into account I have used my R150 discount voucher.

Kindly look into the matter urgently and be refunded what is due to me.
