Incorrect order

I have ordered items from Woolworths clothing. Yesterday receive a message that my order is out for delivery by 5pm.

I have received the package, the sticker on the package with my name. Once i have open the package, items inside from Mr. Price with Invoice for a different person.

I have reported this to Woolies customer service. Nobody cant tell me where is my package. Some random delivery companies calling me to ask for information.

How such a big company as Woolworths could let to messed up my order like this? Soo disappointing! Why Mr. Price have my details and delivery address if I have ordered items from Woolworths?
