Incorrect Listing at ITC, Account settled

I had a Woolworths account which i fsiled to pay and was eventually handed over to a debt collector. Woolworth listed me at ITC and so dis the debt collector. Woolworth should have removed my name after they sold the account to a collection agency. Now my profile had two amounts for the same account.

I have now paid up the account,the debt collectors have removed me but the Woolworths listing has remained.

This is affecting my credit score and holding me back for many things. I have email bureau disputes at Woolworth but i have had no feedback.

I want this sorted Now, its not ethical.
