incorrect information

On the 3th of march i left my card on the counter of woolworths alberton. I then call Customer Service to advise them to block the card because i did not want it to fall in the wrong hands . I then returned some clother to the Glen i was shock and surpised of what is was told . Then card rejected the purchase the call centre consultant told me that all my cards we block . When i called i reported one card and is did not say my cards were ****** .My time was wasted
