Incorrect advertising on items

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>Itried to submit a complaint via the Woolworths webiste however it limits the characters so I was unable to complete my submission.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Friday i visited your store in Randburg, Malibongwe Drive, Appletons village.</p> <p>There was a special available where you buy 2 boxed custards for R38. After purchasing the said items i realised that no discount was app****.</p> <p>I brought this to the attention of the staff and they advised that i had purchased the ultra mel and the discount app**** to the woolworths brand.</p> <p>I took the consultant to the fridge where the ultra mel custards were and showed them the sign which showed 2 for R38. There was no mentiion of brand, the sign just said <strong>2 box custards for R38.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>the sales staff were unable to explain the sign or prove which brand it was was. I insited that I should get what was advertised. </p> <p> </p> <p>They refused and instead refunded my purchase and gave me the woolworths brands which i still feel is unfair.</p> <p> </p>
