INCORRECT ACCOUNT STATUS

I am slow payer on a R40k personal loan however I have an arrangement with Woolworth's (WW) collector Daly which I am diligently honoring on a monthly basis. I have asked WW to reflect the correct status of this account which is slow payer but not \Written off"seeing that the debt is not written off and I am paying as arranged with WW debt collector. please assist in getting WW to reflect the correct status on the ITC"
