inconviniencing service

<p>on the 29th i went to woolworths in jabulani mall to pay my credit card.i did not managed to pay it since i was told i cant because i dd nt have my credit card with i only had my id.and the annoying part is that i was never given a valid reason why i cant pay without my card.woolworths realy need to improve their service to be convinient</p>
