Inconvenience returning items

I bought an item from Country road, two days later I tried to return this item with a valid till slip. The slip was faded when printed due to their printer being out of ink. It took me almost 45 minutes with extreme bad attitudes from staff to return this brand new item because of a faded slip that was not my fault! Surely if a slip is printed like that the customer should be given a reprinted slip!! Bad service Country Road!!!!
