Inconsistent pricing policy

Inconsistent pricing policy. I shopped this morning at Woolworths Moreleta Village in Pretoria, one of the products had an incorrect price, I queried this at the till and asked for the free product according to Woolworths policy, the supervisor didn't know about the policy and without further interaction with me, just proceeded to refund me the difference. I did contact the call Centre but nobody from the store has called me back
