Inconsistency on pricing of sale items!

On the 15th August at 18:29pm I visited the Greenstone Mall Woolworths branch. I had purchased food and clothing. The clothing items were marked off up to 65%. As the items were passed through the till I realised the jacket was not further marked down. The cashier Zandile tried to explain to me that the item was already marked down to which I disagreed since all the other items were further reduced once it passed the scanner. She then called her supervisor Palesa. Palesa also tried to explain that the item was already reduced and according to the signs it said reduction is up to 65%. Now I did not have a problem with paying the actual amount of the item. My problem was with the inconsistency of marking your items. Any customer who sees an item further reduced based on the fact that a red sticker is placed on the price tag will ask questions if another item that also have a red tag on doesnt follow the same process.

This had me very upset! Palesa actually imp**** that I couldnt possibly want the specific item reduced even further! What a nerve of me! It was a seen infront of customers and it was mostg distasteful!

I bought goods to the value of R3420.39! Believe me I had the money to pay for the said item! The principal is what I was most upset about! Then all items should not have a red tag but rather be reduced at the till!
