Incomplete product no resolution

On Christmas Eve I purchased a electronic product from woolworths pavilion when I arrived home I opened the contents to find the item was incomplete someone had opened the product and ****** contents this was a Christmas present / birthday present for my uncle so you can imagine my frustration <br> <br> I reported this to Woolworths via Facebook and the response has been poor , they asked me a stupid question regarding the item \ please can you tell us what the sell by date is "why ask a question like that when i forwarded pictures of the item showing exactly what it was and informing what was missing "
