INCOMPLETE ORDER

What a what a horrible experience it is my first time using Dash To deliver stuff online I’ve ordered online And I only received two items instead of three got billed for five items. I called the call center the person that helped me. I had to call back after an hour cause she didn’t get back to me. Her name is Tumelo And I called again Spoke to Promise, both of them knocked off without giving me feedback. I then called the store where the items were picked up the supervisor speaks to me and asked me who was doing the shopping the online shopping for me. I don’t know. I tell her that and I said she must please check on her system. She then hangs up as well even Zulzi as a small entity communicates better!!!!
