I app**** for a loan in June. The payment was then done over 2 payments because they made an error when paying out the first amount. This has now resulted in queries for payments which is not being resolved. They continue to debit more than the agreed amount which is *****ing. They are *****ing money from account. You systems are completely useless, the app on my phone gives you the incorrect outstanding and available amounts which results in going over my limit. The debit amount shows as a credit amount. I will never do business with your institution again.
