Pathetic service. I returned goods on the 11 January 2021. To date, I have literally made over 20 calls and over 10 emails to online. I even called head office many times. My credit is still not passed. Every consultant I spoke to promised that it is going to be done within a few hour, or within 24 hours. My interest was calculated with this amount owing. Every one I spoke to acknowledged that it is unfair and it is going to be expedited. I am frustrated that all the consultations that I have spoken to have no principle.

The last lady I spoke to was Crisandra, who promise to get back to me before the end of the day, that was 2/2/21. I was told she was the online manager. If managment can lie and donot keep to their word, than I expect the staff under them are trained to do like wise.
