<p>Change the date of a debit order . . . simple right? Not with Woolworths!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the 4th consecutive month since requesting a change of date of debit order that they have got it wrong . . . after escalations, apology letters from their useless team and hours spent calling their pathetic call center . . . May rolls around and yet again the debit order goes off on the wrong day . . . </p> <p> </p> <p>I am beyond appalled . . . I am disgusted . . . It is pitiful that an inistitution that claims to be a financial service provider cannot get something so simple right.</p> <p> </p> <p>Where do I go after 4 months . . . how do I get them to get it right?</p>
