*********** and lying staff Mall of Africa store

<p>I visited Woolworths store at Mall od Africa on Theusday evening. The manager on duty at customer assit me with a pair of trouses I wanted. She looked on the system which show there is stock at a branch in Pretoria. She asked my details and overed to phone them the next day to get it for me. She even said she will phone me if she can not get it. Nether the less she never phoned the next day and the item was sold. She never phoned me even back. This is pathetic cutomer services and the manager just say sorry. I will sent this compllaint to the Mall of Africa's management as well. It is actions like these that also gives the mall a bad reputation, not even talking about the Woolworths brand.!</p>
