Incompetence

First time placing an order online with Woolies Cellar. I placed an order yesterday and chose delivery date of today the 11 June 2021 time between 2pm and 5pm. Woolies don't even bother to update me if there Wil be delays. I spent the whole day looking at my phone expecting a call saying delivery is here, but guess what? NOTHING! I had to write an email and also call them twice only to then to be told it will be delivered tomorrow, then I also get an email update. I am so not happy with their incompetence that I even deserve a shopping voucher for apology
