Incompetence

I called Woolworths Lifestyle in Little Falls today and spoke to Nondumiso asking to place an order for Thursday 30 Dec 2021 for chicken kebabs (espatadas) to take away on holiday. She informed me there was no longer any stock. I called that branch as I am going to the retail crossing and want to avoid wasting petrol driving to other areas like Cresta to collect orders. I think this is totally unacceptable and quite frankly pathetic.
