Incompetence costing me a home loan

I am very angry with Woolworths for messing up my credit profile with their incompetence, I paid my account in December and it never reflected on my statement now am trying to apply for a home loan and it is blocking my bond approval, I need this fixed with immediate effect else am taking this up, I cant suffer for your own incompetence.
