Incompetence by ww

Pathetic *********** service, after waiting several months for a new card I it was eventually received. Only to find out it cant be verified with my I'd, spent hours at customer service ... they found out that id number was loaded incorrectly as the first 2 digits were stopped around.... the advise from customer service...... is beyond comprehension.... we were told that we must go to home affairs to go change the I'd number. I have never experienced such incompetence..... and the problem is still not fixed.
