Incompetence at Woolworths Village Mall, Hartbee****rtdam
Pathetic service at Woolworths Village Mall. Wasted my time by not knowing how to process the 3 monthly Woolworths voucher. Processed it as cash refund after using it to pay, then couldn’t refund cash, then had to call the supervisor, then the manager, then they tried to refund it to a card and obviously the voucher was scanned already, then had to phone the voucher department while i have a construction team waiting for me! What an absolute waste of time due to incompetence.

17 Dec 2018, 15:323/4 Hour later the store manager told me they’re closing and can’t resolve it today. They’ll try tomorrow and i’ll have to go to a Woolworths store to do a gift card swop wasting my time further. Woolworths used to be tops.
