Incompetence

I had the worst 😫 service ever at woolies main Street this morning, I had to wait for the lady named Mishi for 7 min just to buy chicken strips and a pie and when she arrived I told her I've been waiting forever and she didn't even apologize, I was just out of word she completely ignored me, I've never had such bad experience. I feel she is in the wrong profession, I highly regard woolworths staff, but mishi is just the worst.
