Incompetant

I checked my Statement today and see Woolies are saying im OVERDUE for November and are claiming This months installments too + the Overdue amount. on the 3November, I paid a total of about R2000 On the account. So how can i be overdue for November??? and how the heck can i need to be paying for december too? to me, Im actually in a POSITIVE with my payments. PATHETIC and ***********. Someone is not doing their jobs
