Incompetance of Woolworths Financial Services

I successfully app**** for a woolworths credit card and was told upon application that I would receive a R500 woolworths voucher. It is going on 1 month since I received my received my card but ZERO VOUCHER! I have called regarding this on numerous occasions and spoke to different consultants each time. I even asked for the manager but no one has contacted me regarding this up to today. They are just incompetant to a point where I just want to cancel this card and be done with Woolworths for good. Lesson here is don't believe anything these big companies promise because they cannot live up to their word
