Incentives share gain that I ddnt received.. Woolworths Cresta HR said its affected by the case how so

I was dismissed on the 30 September due to a 1st offence of misunderstanding leading to physical fights.. But my issue here is as collegues were supposed to get our annually shrinkage incentives and the alloct thise incentives to us from July then we received them on the 29 September 2020..my point here is I ddnt received my share when I ask the HR manager she said it's because I'm involved in the case.. How does that affect me coz it's being settle a months back that I do qualify.. The store manage Clayton n his HR managers shared my incentive money because they knew that the verdict was to dismissed me on The 30 September 2020 and I wouldn't have an access now to complaint about my share of incentives.. All I need to know how does a case affect my incentives because even if I was to resign I would also able to get them because it's not a day this agreement its a months agreement.. Please help I need your help regarding this.
