In component, terrible service from woolworths

Woolworths financial department is in component. I've tried numerous times to contact them but had no luck, I've been handed over for the second time but my account is paid up. I've requested that they send me a statement of what I've paid for the past two years on my store account but there is no response regarding that, only a bunch of irritating creditors contacting me 6 to 9 times daily which is frustrating.
