Improve your store management

<p>I went this morning to exhange a birthday gift given to me on th 29th June (still had the price tag on it), at the tills they scanned it and told me that the price had been reduced this week and they would only refund R 350 of the R 499 price paid, the manager Thabo Patel was totally uninterested and dismissive. I see no reason why I should be shortchanged by R 150. 00 and do not accept this.</p> <p>Overall very unimpressive, made worse by the fact that 30m earlier I received a call from Woolworths offering me a R 75000. 00 revolving loan!</p>
