Improper investigations Woolworths ***** credit card

Good evening , my name is walter phetla. Woolworths credit card was opened **********ly with my details. I found out about that on 28/08/2018 then i went to Woolworths store at rustenburg town where i filled dispute form,i submit avidabity from police station, my postal address and identity copy as i was requested at Woolworths store.they told me that the matter will be investigated. From 28/08/2018 till December i kept on going to Woolworths rustenburg to find out about the progress of the matter but they kept on telling me that they are still busy with investigations but i was already received calls from MBD lawyers requesting me to pay the money as they were saying the account was send to them because it was in arrears. R22000.00 was used on that credit card and feed back i received on 04/01/2019 was that credit card was delivered at my place on 09/07/2018 by courier. I requested Proof of purchase, copy of contract and offer of purchase but even today Woolworths denied to gave me those proof. They said i have to request that from MBD lawyers cause the account had been sent to them.i am so disappointed with Woolworths ***** investigations department and Woolworths rustenburg town store for failing help me.i have never app**** for Woolworths credit card and i have never received or used the card.
