I’m so disappointed in Woolworths Dash delivery

I’m so disappointed in Woolworths Dash delivery. First of all I was told only on the day of delivery that the products that I ordered almost a week ago was not available. Surprisingly I went to the nearby store and they were available there. Which makes me question the convenience of buying groceries online from Woolworths. Secondly the delivery is later than the scheduled time and they was no notification that my delivery will be late causing another inconvenience as I have to wait the whole day waiting for the delivery. I think Woolworths has a lot to learn to learn from the convenient and efficient service from Checkers
