Ill-treatment

I would like to share my latest sad experience with @woolworths Lephalale Mall. I was ill-treated with the attitude of one of their employee. I went to the shop to redeem my hard earn points and one of the ladies looked at me so down in a way that she couldn't even able to punch in the number of my voucher, when I asked her did you correctly put in the number she just totally ignored me with a yes. until her superior came to assist and everything was sorted. I was so angry with how @woolworths Lephalale mall employees are treating us customers.
