I just came back now from Century city Woolworths and I have received a bad bad service from your management at the customer service her name is Noma and she did not even give me her nam I overheard the name when she was called.

I came to return an shoe that was a gift for my mother from the X employer which come to SAbefore Ester, couldn’t even explain the way Noma was rude to me and treating me like a nobody in from of the staff and other customers but dismissing me. I was soo hurt and felt like I did something wrong where as the policy says “you can return an iterm or exchange to full value”

I’m going to be taking this further but I wanted to start in this platform. In their policy I still say the is nothing stating you can’t return or exchange. And the other thing they **** 🤥 in my face that is why I’m not going to Let this go. I was ill treated by a manger called Noma yesterday @ Century city store @ Woolworths did not even want to give her details and did not name tag also could not answer when I was asking her questions. She helped the lady that was before me with a smile that I will never forget.
