I'll never support this retailer

So I've skipped 1 payment on my account and really couldn't afford it. So last month I had to pay double installment but I can't afford it and I've emailed them but still no response. Today I found out my account is in arrears. I'll never support this store again. I also went to the Somerset West branch few months ago to return a jacket as the stitching came loose but the supervisor and the sales consultant were so grumpy!! Another reason not to shop at Woolworths.
