<p>I have previously reported (December) this incident and to-date nobody from Woolworths has even bothered to counter my allegations. A Woolworths Teller broke my wifes card. We tried to have it replaced only to be told by Woolworths that their re-issue machine was "Broken" and that the only way to get a new card was for my wife to apply for a New One. She subsequently has spent hours toing and froing with Woolworths to try and get a new one. They keep changing the goalposts asking for document after document. I have now been told by a teller at Woolworths that "Black people get cards easily. Its the White Jewish people who are made to climb these mountains. "</p>
