IF HELL was on EARTH it would be WAITING on your CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY!

<p>After ordering slecting my delivery time slot, and on the day phoning to check on my order (told it was with the delivery company and was on route) WAITING ALL MORNING for my delivery. Only to not have it come (THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME BTW) then calling back to be NOW told that oh gee it seems its only going to come to you on nexy MONDAY... Please please explain 2 things to me...1 why does my status say shipped.... 2 WHAT is the POINT of paying and selecting a TIME FRAME if you ARE NOT going to STICK TO IT??? OH AND I absolutely LOVED being put on hold indefinately I mean SERIOUSLY that was AWESOME... next time I think of "saving time" and ORDERING ONLINE from you I think I will remember this and rather just go outside and starting digging to China... since it might be quicker! Thanks for making me miss a function since waiting for my delivery was just SO MUCH more FUN!!!!! </p> <p>p.s.
