I’d like to compliment one of your employees, Mpumelelo, at Woolworths Norkem Park Corner. I went there feeling stressed and panicking while looking for flowers for my graduation. The first lady I spoke to mentioned they don’t do flower arrangements, but then I spoke to Mpumelelo and another gentleman. She assisted me so well and assured me that I’d come to the right place. She is truly the best employee! I also noticed how friendly she is with all customers — many even greeted her by name, which shows how valued and respected she is. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made my day.
