I would please like to review woolworths. My husband and I had an account with them and other providers then I lost my job and my husband paid my accounts, then we went onto debt review after 5 years of debt review we paid all our debt up end of February 2021. We forwarded clearance certificates to all providers and credit beaureas. Every one removed us and we left on good foot except for woolworths they put us as seriously late payers and put 8 months in arrears. Which is not true because they where all paid from a debt counselor every month same time never skipped payments. When I asked woolworths for statements that shows we missed payments they ignore the emails
