I was wrongfully accused and ill treated at Woolworths pavillion

I have been shopping @ Woolworths Westville Mall ever since I moved into the area 4 years ago. I must say the staff there they are not friendly and at one point I did notice that they don’t greet but what concerned was they do greet other races oh well it didn’t bother me much as I continued shopping there quite often up until last month. I went into the store with my son & I purchased cake & a pack of chicken wings as I was by the door I went back with my son and I picked up a pack of strawberries & gave my baby money to make a payment while I made my way to Checkers hyper . As I was at the vegetable section @ checkers here comes the security from Woolworths allegedly she’s there to enquire if I paid for the cake & wings or not because according to them @ the store I didn’t. To cut the long story shot I did go to the store & spoke to manager but I could tell that they were convinced I stole & the funny thing Is not only am I a regular they have a camera they could have easily went to look at the footage before accusing me of such but no im a young black female rite so according to them I’m already a *****. I was ready to let this whole thing go and I took a decision that as long as I live I will never ever shop there up until the week after I was compelled to get flowers and they were the closest. I went in and picked up flowers for my cousin and had a chat now with another female manager and I must say then I got extremely angry she as well was convinced and she was pushing a narrative that a customer reported that I didn’t pay and that they had to listen to that customer now what gives them the right to accuse me and what makes them feel justified in listening to the other customer is it because I’m black and a customer of color reported the other manager joined in and you could tell from the nonsense they were both saying that they are not even remorseful for having wrongfully accused me and that its something they would do at any given that and I must say I feel ill treated and quite humiliated especially because I shop there all the time. I have since stopped shopping there and I am not finding my self inconvenienced having to drive to a Woolworths store in pavillion or go to hillcrest.
