I was taken for a fool

I bought an item at rivonia branch and went to exchange at thabong, I walked into the store just before 3pm, I wanted to fit the dress to avoid exchanging again and the fitting room door was closed and no one to attend me they were all standing by the till 2 minutes later 1 lady shouted from the till that the fitting room is closed because the store is closed. I then asked what's gonna happen if the item doesn't fit me and she responded by saying I can always come back the next day, I told her it's costly to travel to and fro the store and she said there is nothing they can do cos the store is closed. I went to the till and the attentent told me that they can't exchange the skirt because they don't have it in their store and told me to go to vaal mall.travelling from my house to thabong is about 30 minutes drive and to vaal mall is another 30 minutes. immediately as u walked out of the store I called the customer care line and I was told there is no such thing and the lady I spoke to apologised and promised to log a call for me, clearly they took me for a fool because I'm in the township & I expect to get the same service I get in sandton in the township,waste of my money & time
