I was ****** by Woolworths

Good day I'm Nompumelelo Bali from Eastern Cape in Bhisho. I have a problem with. Woolworths in Hemingway's. I bought Plum Juice online which I scheduled to pick them up on Tuesday this week. They deducted the Money immediately then the process was done, now they called me money that the juice are out of stock I asked them how because everything was set. They sent me an email that the shop "FORGOT" to tell me they don't keep stuff. Please help
