I was refuse to exchange boots

I went to woolworths earlier today after 3pm to exchange the boots that I bought for my mom because she said they were uncomfortable, the manager refused to accept them. I am so disappointed. I don't think I will shop at woolworths ever again . I had the slip that I bought them last week Saturday but because I am black she did not give me a chance.
