I was insulted by an employee at the presence of a Manager ... WOOLWORTHS MAPONYA MALL

I had the worst experience at one of ur branches (MAPONYA mall Soweto) I have never in my life had an employee insult a customer Infront of a manager and that manager just keeps quite... Well that customer is Me.... I worked for Woolworths in the past and as far as I know Woolworths has the out most respect for their customers.. so I get to MAPONYA mall from baragwanath hospital... I see a Woolworths trolley outside.. as I was about to take it this man tells me I cannot take that trolley I need to fetch one from the store... I asked him since wen ? The insults started my 2 year old daughter with a head injury was pushed out of the way .. wen I asked him why he did that his response was Futshek sefebe. I told him I was gonna report him and he didn't care.. he told me he dsnt give a **** and no one was gonna do anything to him. Knowing Woolworths and their stand on customer service I went to the store and asked for the manager... A guy by the name of Maxwell came...With one of the worst attitudes from a manager.... The trolley guy came in and still insulted me Infront of that manager who stood there and said nothing... I told the manager I was gonna report this he also didn't care as I walked away they stood there talking with that trolley guy who continued to be disrespectful... When did Woolworths allow their employees to be so disrespectful to customers??? Or is it because we shop in the locations that's why we are so disrespected...why is the standard of customer service in white areas better than in black areas... Why do u have a manager who has no leadership skills???a manager that just stands there like a statue wen his employees disrespect and hurl insults at customers????when did Woolworths become that shop???? I am one of ur biggest customers but the service I got today at ur shop is appalling... Very disturbing.... Nothing about that mans conduct represents Woolworths
