I was a Woolies girl - no more.

I was thrilled when Woolworths opened in Heidelberg but that feeling has tarnished to the point where I am tired of by the bad attitude, service and shortages on their shelves. I used to be and avid Woolies customer and drove to Johannesburg, 55 km away, to buy Woolworths everything but now I will never shop there again. I am cured of giving my hard earned money to an establishment that treats their customers as uneducated idiots. Firstly the Woolies in Heidelberg is a terrible example of what a Woolworths should be. They do not have half of the range of items and when you dare to ask if they will ever stock them, you get looked at as if you are crazy. One of the managers, a pregnant woman, is so rude to customers I am shocked that she is still working there and the last straw was today when I was told by a very 'important' cashier that she does not want the 'old', slightly torn R100 bill I offered her, because 'I might get into trouble for having old money\.
