I want my refund

I bought 7 items at Woolworths online and I've paid online on the 21st June 2020.They were delivered on the 27th June 2020 but incomplete. I've Woolworths for refund no feedback, I spoke to "BongiweNgqongwa" who asked me to send Bank statements and notification SMS from my Bank and I did.No feedback from that day till today. I want my money since am not getting any service.
