I want my order or refund me.

I bought an item on line on the 21/09/18 and the delivery was scheduled for the 26/09/18 guess what i still haven't received my item. after sending complain via email some one decided to call on Saturday and say that they will deliver before 15;00 or Monday again the waiting game still continues. and the worse part it doesn't look like there's a someone that is willing to actually find out what happened to my order. then why did i pay R50 for delivery? its either you deliver my order and waiver that R50 for inconvenience oh refund me. am willing to go the newspaper we cant be ****med like this with all the emails that i have been sending Tweets, Facebook & Instagram complains.
