**** I want my money back losers Mxm🤬

I’m so ****ed , Woolworths doesn’t want to refund me my money. I bought groceries last month on the 2nd of November online with their app, I got some of the items and some of them were out of stock yet I was billed and I paid cash. I called their call centre immediately and I was told that I will get my refund after 48 hours. Called again after 48 hours and I’m told to wait for 21working days and now it’s been a month and two days , send the email for follow up, the response is your matter is been sorted out, checked my bank statement if I was refunded and there’s nothing. This ****en store is **** because every ****en day I have to write emails to them or call them with my phone for them to ****en refund me . I want my ****en money, I bought those items cash , you are a ****. I have to remind you to refund me every ****en day this is bull**** Mxm🤬😡
