I waited a month to be sent to another department

Simple. I lost my rewards card. <br> On 12 January I sent an email asking how this could be replaced.<br> On 12 February I received a response, cc'ing in the MySchool program, asking them to please deal with my query.<br> <br> I waited a month for this? <br> <br> Are you that busy? understaffed? Couldn't care less?<br> <br> Shall I not shop at WW until I receive my Rewards card?<br>
