I usually shop online in Woolworths Soneike in Kuils River, and when I have a bad experience with them, I report it, but they ignore me

I usually shop online in Woolworths Soneike in Kuils River, and when I have a bad experience with them, I report it, but they ignore me. They never come back to apologize or replace the item that I have a problem with. I did complain not more than once . They have terrible customer service . Please help since this is getting out of hand.
