I purchased sneakers from Woolworths

I purchased sneakers from Woolworths. Unfortunately, within a few months of wearing the shoes, they have rapidly deteriorated. Not only is the beading lifting from the shoe, but the material of the shoe is splitting and separating from an under layer. I sent their customer services division a polite email but didn’t even receive an automated response so had to go this routes. Deeply disappointed, not only in Woolies quality but also in their lack of customer attention. These shoes are so comfortable but I can’t wear those in public anymore and now the on-shelf range has been changed.
