I pay and she spend

I have opened my account more than 14 years ago. Since last year I have noticed something strange on my account. Every month I will pay via eft and each time I want to purchase on my account the cashier says I don't have enough credit and then I pay cash. This was happening for quite some time. Every time the same story. First I thought they don't deduct the money I pay. They couldn't log in to my account at the store and they said I must call the call centre. I also downloaded the app and thought I would log in with the app and see what is wrong. The app says my Id doesn't match the account. I then phoned the call centre and they ask me a few questions to verify my details. WHAT???? Sorry mam this account number belongs to a Miss van der Westhuizen living in Darling. They say they will fix it. I think this was almost 5 to 6 months back. I have phoned thereafter 2 or 3 times again. The same story. The will contact me and fix it. So, after I found out I am paying my **** off and can't buy and Miss van der Westhuizen is having a ball on my expense I decided to stop paying. Looks like she doesn't pay either. She probably thinks she has won the Lottery because there is another fool paying her account that actually belongs to me. Please tell me how long will this still go on and when will the account be fixed with ALL MY Payments and credits. I want a detailed statement with proof of all my purchases and payments . Because how long has this going on that I pay and she spends.
