I paid for items that was not packed

I was at Cresta mall Woolworths and there was packer at the till and some of the items was not packed, I had paid for the. it is really an inconvenience to have to drive back to get the item as it out of my way. Three weeks ago I bought fruits from Clearwater mall and the naartjies where off. I am not happy with the service I have been getting from Woolworth, how many more customers pay for things that are not even packed. The packers need to take their jobs serious
